Drojo is one of Texas’ fastest rising independent Hip-Hop artists. He first made his way onto the Texas rap scene in 2003 with his first release "Fugitive Radio". Since then, he and partner/producer Dolla Bill have formed and been running their Rock Bottom G's label. The Rock Bottom G roster has been feeding the streets with all original material and has built a strong following ever since. In addition to in-house production, Drojo works close with The Soul Monsters and DJ Dus who both produce for J-Records recording artist Paula DeAnda. Drojo currently resides in what's known as the Rock Bottom of Texas. This South-Texas area extends all the way from the city of Corpus Christi down to the border of Mexico and everywhere else in-between. As apart of a new generation of Texas artist trying to take their sound nationwide, Drojo knows what it means to put in work. He has worked with Tum-Tum, Trae, Happy Perez, Max Minelli, DJ Chuck T, Coast, Russel Lee, DJ Bounz, and Eddie Deville just to name a few. His rhyme style is unique and very real. Hard punch lines and crazy word play are just a few characteristics of his lyrical ability. His talent along with his grind has propelled him on the way to the top of underground ranks and will certainly aid with his future success. “My product will always be original. Filled with energy, wisdom, knowledge, and the truth. I speak about all the good and bad stuff I been through. Even d boys have wives, kids and other responsibilities. I feel I remind people of that.”
