Krames is a DJ with an open ear and a passion for rocking the party. He plays a banging mix of club music, parking lot anthems, and the jams you love—he gets hands in the air and people on stage. In 2000 he started performing in Richmond at clubs, which quickly led to throwing parties, hosting radio shows, and releasing mixes. By 2005 Krames was a fixture. He teamed up with longtime friend Nick “the Duke” Martin to bring monthly mayhem to the dance floor with their Cobra Kai parties, based out of Richmond, Virginia and New York City. He’s shared the stage with DJ Ayres, DJ AM, Switch, Sinden, Flosstradamus, Devlin & Darko, Steve Aoki and Fool’s Gold Records' own Nick Catchdubs. He recently toured 16 North American cities including Vancouver, Montreal, LA, Miami, Chicago & Atlanta. Apart from DJing, Krames has hosted and mixed for radio shows including Spin FM in Dublin, Ireland, Fader magazine’s “The Let Out”, and “In-Deed” on XM Radio. Krames’ excitement about music is most apparent in his newest work. In February 2007 he released the “Dishwasher Safe” EP digitally distributed by Seed on iTunes® and online by Turntable Lab where it was in the Top 10 for two months. Currently his work is featured on mixtapes by the likes of Diplo, Stretch Armstrong, Lovely Chords and Hatchmatik. He has completed several commissions for remixes and production work while always on the lookout for new projects. Krames lives in Brooklyn, New York and will be conquering a dance floor near you very soon.
