We had formed in Tokyo in 2002 by Hisako Tabuchi (guitars, vocals), Ai kobayashi(guitars, vocals), and Hideki Yasuoka (drums). The bassist Noritoshi Esaki joining the band shortly after. Hisako had been played in Number Girl which is one of the most important band in japanese alternative scene. They had tours in the states for a couple of times, sxsw too. Hisako is still famous as one of the best female guiterist and keep having influences on young musicians. After Number Girl broke up in 2002, Hisako formed Toddle, started writing songs and singing by her own. At the same time she joined to a legendary rock band, Bloodthirsty Butchers, which is playing for 20 years, and she is still playing with them. Our first album "I dedicated D chord" was released in July 2005 under our own label, World Wide Waddle. it topped Tower Records's indies chart and sold more than 10,000 copies, and gained quite a following. Our second album "Dawn Praise the World" was released in June 2007. The both album produced by Bloodthirsty Butchers lead singer/guitarist, Hideki Yoshimura. Our sound is influenced by tons of indie rock band in the states. Not only their music, the attitudes for playing music and being independent. The Drummer Hideki Yasuoka left the band, and Masato Uchino of Moools replaces since 2007.
