LADYFINGERS eclectic Rock n Roll is an eccentric Americana drawn from influences like Tom Waits, Johnny Cash, and Talking Heads. His riveting vocals drive the band’s flood of twangy guitar, dog house bass, and frantic drum sounds. His live performances are a pendulum of energy swinging from raw to comical, living in the present, but digging roots eight decades deep. In 2007, Ladyfingers independently released the LP “My Prom” to critical praise and widespread indie and college radio airplay. His single “Cure for the Common Cold” was featured on nationally-syndicated TV shows like Fearless Music (New York) and ME Television (Austin) as well as being named “Song of the Day” by the acclaimed radio program “Morning Becomes Eclectic” (Los Angeles). After touring the US, Canada, and Europe, Ladyfingers has arrived in Austin, Texas for a three-month residency at Beauty Bar presented by Soundcheck Magazine and the 1st Annual Music Managers Forum showcase at SXSW with Billy Bragg, Blue Rodeo, Eldar, and Alpha Rev.
