While many wannabes talk about how they are going to blow, how much they grind, what they are going to do some day somehow, but sit around doing nothing, CREW54 rose from the darkness to get the shine they deserve. Beginning as a simple one song collaborative effort between G-Christ of The Texas Immigrants, and masterOFself of The M7 Movement; the CREW54 is ready to take their place the Central Texas Hip-Hop scene and beyond. G-Christ, an original member of The Texas Immigrants, hails from Wilmington, NC or as he consistently screams out on tracks to let yall know “PORT CITY.” After serving in the Army, G-Christ ended up in Killeen, TX working with his fellow soldiers to start Texas Immigrant Records. Using his southern breeding, mixed with world traveling experience, he crafted a lyrical style that is versatile, with the ability to sound natural on almost any type of beat. From east coast grimy to southern bounce, G-Christ is ready to destroy any beat and song concept. In the meantime, G-Christ connected with fellow Killeen implant, masterOFself to create CREW54, rocking stages, big girl clubs, or any opportunity possible. As the newest member of The M7 Movement, masterOFself is trying to make his name as prominent as possible. Raised mainly in Central Florida, with major influence from the DC Metro Area experience, MOS (as he usually is referred to) is constantly crafting his writing style to connect with the listener on all bases. Having worked with bevy of crews, artist, and producers, the unofficial official MOS catalogue is profuse. It was a natural move to make when realizing that a talented artist like G-Christ was living less than four blocks away, and down to grind as hard or even harder.
