Currently based out of the crunk Capitol of the South - Memphis, TN - Lord T and Eloise have fashioned a genre of music they call Aristocrunk. Having recently collaborated with Crunk Legend Al Kapone(of Hustle & Flow) as well as playing shows with The Ying Yang Twins, Pastor Troy, Killer Mike, Bonecrusher, Mickey Avalon and Dirt Nasty, Lord T and Eloise are a blend of old school hip hop, new school party rap, and contemporary Southern Crunk. Lyrically, the group has been heralded by Vh1's Best Week Ever, Blender Magazine and Radar Magazine for its social commentary and biting satire. “You should download a few ditties from the dandies, Lord T & Eloise, the world’s first purveyors of Aristocrunk.” -VH1’s BEST WEEK EVER “No matter how hard I tried, I just couldn’t hate it…as good, if not better than most of the rap I hear these days…polished, unique, and catchy as hell…funny, relevant, and original.” - THE SAN FRANSISCO BAY GUARDIAN "Editor's Pick" - BLENDER MAGAZINE "The most fun you'll have all weekend!" -THE KNOXVILLE METROPULSE "...an intoxicating spectacle..." THE NASHVILLE SCENE ".....the most 'out there' band I've ever played with...." - MICKEY AVALON “Brilliantly tongue-in-cheek…evoke a flow that draws comparisons to License to Ill-era Beastie Boys..." - THE MEMPHIS FLYER (feature Article) “Amazing. Simply amazing.” - CHATTANOOGA PULSE "The industry needs performers like this. And as far as the street side goes—with songs and tracks that sound this good—they'll just have to accept 'em." - AL KAPONE, the King of Crunk "...a heavy dose of satire..." RADAR MAGAZINE “Grade A…a confident, impressive record…the hip-hop equivalent of Jack Black's and Kyle Gass' heavy-metal comedy band Tenacious D.” - THE MEMPHIS FLYER(record review) “Stunning and highly original!” - THE COMMERCIAL APPEAL
