Night of Pleasure is a snarling band; born to give you a reason to shake your ass in the basement and spit beer at your friends while you're tripping on a Thursday night. Laura Bernazzoli's best-of-Can bass lines propel the groove while Dan Ross plays drums like Gary Young after he traded in his old punk records for Gene Krupa, and Dave Treneff's wildman SG wah breaks your teeth. Oh, and if you need a frontman to satisfy the void left in Columbus by the exits of Ron House and Eric Davidson, here comes Jim Cowman, verbose and vitriolic, man man man.
