Those well known Amnesty International spokespersons deliver a crisp and unique sound with a social conscience, through their music. 2007 has been an incredible year for Your Favorite Enemies; selling more than 30 Thousand hardcopies of their EP "And If I Was To Die In the Morning… Would I Still Be Sleeping With You", headlining their first European Tour, creating the record label Hopeful Tragedy Records, different elements turning Your Favorite Enemies as one of the most exciting new DIY bands to emerge from the non-traditional music model. Therefore, 2008 is set to be even more successful for Your Favorite Enemies, considering the Spring release of the band's second EP called "Between Illness and Migration" from which a video and a single version of the song "Open Your Eyes" is set to be the perfect bridging transition towards the first band's LP "Millions Of Faces Waiting To Be Called By Their Names" due out for the end of the year. Needless to say that, if 2007 is a good indication of what the future has in store for Your Favorite Enemies, the upcoming year should be an undoubtedly interesting one for the 6 musicians from Montreal, who have just been called one of the top 5 bands to watch out for in 2008 by Billboard Magazine, setting the pace for their most awaited new album due out in late Spring…on Hopeful Tragedy Records.
